You can add your own words to the Bobba filter! This means when a user sends a message with these words in it, you won't see them and they will be "Bobba'd" out, like other words in the official chat filter.
How It Works:
When a blocked word or phrase appears in chat, it will be automatically filtered and replaced with "Bobba" - just like the hotel's default word filter! This only affects what you see, not other players.

You can block other Habbos within the hotel. This is more than the old "Shut Up" system - this indefinitely blocks Habbos until you unblock them.

You can block Habbos in three different ways:
Pro Tip: Blocking is completely private - the blocked user won't be notified that you've blocked them!
1. Open Help Menu
Click on the blue ? icon in the bottom right of the client
2. Select Report Option
Click "Report a player"
3. Pick a Habbo to Report
Under "Pick a Habbo to report", check the box next to the Habbo you want to report
4. Select Reason(s)
Under "What's going on", select the most fitting reason(s) from the dropdown menu(s)
5. Select Chat Messages
In the next box, select the chat message(s) you want to report
6. Continue
Click "Continue"
7. Submit Report
Click "Continue" again to submit your report
8. Confirmation
After a while, you'll receive confirmation that your report has been received

Step-by-Step: Calling a Hobba
1. Open Help Menu
Navigate to the blue ? icon in the bottom right of the client
2. Ask a Question
Click on "Ask a Question" on the window that appears
3. Describe Your Issue
On the next screen, type your issue or question in the text box
4. Send Your Request
Hit "Send"!
5. Wait for Response
This will alert all Hobbas, and one will come to your rescue if/when available!
